What are the cancellation terms?

If you cancel, you'll be charged a fee. If you cancel up to a month before your arrival date, there's no charge. 

If you cancel less than a month before your arrival date, we'll charge you a fee.

For cancellations 29 to 14 days before arrival, you will be charged 70%; 13 to 7 days before arrival, you will be charged 90%; and from 6 days before arrival and in case of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the rental amount.

Tip!

Make sure you have good travel and cancellation insurance.

Are snow chains necessary?

Abtenau itself is easily accessible without snow chains. Snow chains are also not required to reach Haus Tanne. From 1 November to 15 April, snow chains are mandatory throughout Austria. During this period, you must always have snow chains with you. Please note! In Austria, all-season or winter tyres are mandatory during the winter period.

Are pets welcome?

Pets are not allowed at Haus Tanne.

Are towels and bed linen provided?

Everything is provided. The beds are made and there are plenty of towels. For stays longer than 7 nights, I will provide clean bed linen and towels. The accommodation does not have its own washing machine. In case of emergency, I can do your laundry for you.
