Haus Tanne Abtenau

Hello, my name is Tjitske, I am 23 years old and I studied Tourism Management at university. My biggest hobby has always been volleyball. I am completely happy when I am in Austria. I love being active here. I go hiking a lot and enjoy skiing in the winter. The area around Abtenau is so diverse. Every time I am there, I discover something new.

I first came to Abtenau, Austria, when I was only 3 months old. Together with my parents, we have spent our vacations here 3-4 times a year for the past 21 years. In summer and winter, we enjoy beautiful walks, water sports, winter sports, but also visit the towns and villages in the area.

From an early age, I said I wanted to live in Austria. And after completing my studies in Tourism Management, I had the idea and desire to open a guesthouse in Austria. Two years ago, Haus Tanne came my way. Haus Tanne is located on the Möselberg in Abtenau. It is quietly situated on the edge of the forest, surrounded by meadows where cows graze. The house is large enough to live in and to rent out a room and an apartment. For me, this is an opportunity to run my own guesthouse and to show other people all the beauty of Abtenau and the surrounding area. I can't wait to welcome you to Haus Tanne.
